These terms govern your use of the Zaago website and the Zaago Customer App. By using Zaago you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Using Zaago
Zaago provides an ordering and delivery service for groceries and daily essentials in the areas we serve. You agree to provide accurate delivery details and to use the service lawfully.
Orders and availability
All orders are subject to product and delivery-slot availability. If an item is unavailable we may suggest a substitute or remove it from your order.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown in the Zaago Customer App at the time of ordering apply. Any applicable delivery or handling charge is shown before you confirm your order.
Delivery
We aim to deliver within the window shown at checkout. Delivery times can be affected by weather, traffic or other conditions outside our control.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel before an order is dispatched. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or of unacceptable quality, contact support and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Partner accounts
Sellers and delivery partners are additionally bound by the agreement they sign with Zaago when they join the network.
Liability
Zaago is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the current published version.
